| Wendell at work We got Wendell certified for pet therapy a few weeks ago and have started taking him to a local nursing home to visit with the residents. His biggest fan is Miss Betty. She used to breed and show Standard Poodles, and nothing makes her happier than to get to spend time with dogs. Wendell is perfectly happy to oblige, and will lay on her bed with her as long as she likes. The other photo is of him with his new (temporary) hair style. Betty actually suggested it as a way to keep his hair out of his eyes while his bangs grow out. |

| This is wonderful and so nice of you to share Wendell. He is beautiful. I worked in a nursing home in the 70's ( I was very young) I would take my 2 small dogs to work with me and the patients loved them. It is amazing at the difference in some of the people. I am so glad people have realized how great pet therapy is for the elderly and the sick.

| I have to confess that I enjoy the nursing home visits as much as Wendell does. My own grandmothers both spent their last years in nursing homes, and have passed away. I really miss them both, and love the opportunity to "borrow" someone else's grandparents for a few hours. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I love the pictures. Wendell is gorgeous. I use to take Nikki to see his former owner in the nursing home and all the residents loved seeing him. That is such a wonderful thing you are both doing and so rewarding.

| That is so wonderful! I love that Wendell can bring people happiness like that. My grandmother spent her last days in a nursing home - if she could've spent some time with a yorkie on her bed I know she would have been so happy. Thank you for sharing!
