Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | running for his life I love when I catch Eddie with a crazed stare on his face as he's searching frantically to make sure his girlfriend, Sophia, isn't about to tackle him. Focus isn't real sharp, but you should be able to see what I mean in the first two.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | lol, bettyeanne, read the book! Just kidding. Those were taken at the identical setting as the last time you asked. It was cloudy out, so I set it on the "TV" auto setting, which allows you to set the shutter speed manually. I set it at 1/500th. I also set the ISO to 800. I was disappointed. I probably should have set shutter speed at 1/1000th. I can't WAIT to see your Colorado pictures. And just saw your note, Villette, so an edit: As fast as he is, she owns him. She runs him down like a rat. But maybe he likes it! Here's the result

| As always love the pictures... Great job!!! But I have a unrelated question and it is about the weather there. When it gets sub-zero (not sure if you are in the area when it gets like -60 below) What do you do with your babies and going outside to go potty??? Do you have to keep them inside and use pee pee pads???? Man, that would scare me that it would freeze in mid stream..lol or their ears would get frost bitten fast. Probably a stupid question, but I am still curious. I know when we lived in MI. and the wind chill would get like -20 below I was always freaking out about the horses. They were always out in the barn with blankets on and okay I know you are all going to laugh here and it is okay, but I would go and put heavy wool socks on their ears. (my husbands hunting socks, he would get mad , but they were washable!!!) So.... Just curious???

Of course, this is only Eddie's second winter. I don't know what I'll do if we get a good, old-fashioned 40 below cold spell.

| Edward, you are just too cute for your own good. You're very wise to constantly have an eye out for the ladies - one can never tell when a girl is going to come out of nowhere and bring you to the ground. I like the one of them hugging the best.

| Those pics were great!! I can't ever chose which one of your pics I like the best!! I do have a question about Eddie tho?? Does he EVER have all four of his feet on the ground at one time??? I usually see him running around. He's a doll. I've got a female that I bet could catch him!! She's pretty quick. Wanna match race?? jk Suz

| Princess Chai would love a shot at Eddie too...I think the "girlfriends" should all race for Eddie! Chai is a sprinter and leaves everyone in her dust!!! When I get a decent camera I will try to post some video!! I love all the photos of Eddie but these are particularly great with the snow and red coat!! Great job!! |
