| Just How Tiny Is Our "Teenie Kona" We have had Kona now for about 9 months and she is turning 1 later this week. She is our pride and joy and, despite her small stature (only 3 pounds, 4 ounces), she is as brave as they come. We take her in to work every day and she is extremely socialized with people. She is still getting better around dogs and is great friends with our families dogs (my family has 2 and my gf's family has 1... both of which she loves very much). Her parents were 5 and 6 pounds respectively so we assumed she would be in that range but she's just teenie tiny. Wanted to introduce her again and just ask how little she is? I have met many other "miniature yorkies" but none that are even close to her size. The smallest we have seen is at least twice her heigh/weight. Here is our monkey bear. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2424/...876b7ec4_o.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4041/...af350e28_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3550/...dec9e5b8_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3508/...de2499d0_b.jpg |

| A lot of people have tinies on here so I think you will find many, just as many have those that meet standard and many also have what they call TEAPOTS meaning that they are quite a bit above standard. Whatever your little girl is she is as cute as can be. Also if a Yorkie is twice her weight that would be 6 1/2lbs which is considered a standard size.

| Brooklyn is 10 months old and 2.5 lbs. I don't think she's going to grow anymore. She's been this size awhile now. E. |

| Kona is just adorable. Our baby Sweet Sophie will be 2 June 26th and she has grown a LOT in the last year. But I do have to say she was quite ill so maybe her growth spurt was delayed.

| She's very cute! My Yorkie, Itty Bitty Princess is almost 2 years old and finally weighs 2 lbs. My sister has 2 Yorkies, one weighs around 3 lbs and the other weighs around 4 lbs. They have a blast together. Yours looks adorable! |
