Donating YT 500 Club Member | I Butchered My Baby! My poor little buddy. He has been so hot the past few days as we went straight from winter to summer with very little spring in between. So today I decided to trim him and give him a summer buzz. BIG mistake. HUGE! Clearly, I'm not a groomer. But at least my bud is cooler. The first shot is a before. The other 2 are from tonight ... |

I Love Thor Donating Member | LOL. Kudos on the effort! Do you have a buzzer? It just looks like you could use a buzzer to even the body a bit. My mom once told me, the difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut is 5 weeks! It's not so bad. Hey, at least he'll be more comfortable. You can always go back a trim a bit more off! |

| It doesn't look that bad. Atleast he will be cooler now and remember that it will always grow back.

I Love Thor Donating Member | A buzzer is one of those man shavers...I don't know what to call them. You use them for buz cuts...I guess it's a shaver, and it has differnt lengths you can put on it... |

| You mean clippers? They come with a set of guards that does the different lengths.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I defnitely won't quit my day job though. We don't use cllippers on this guy anymore. He'll be 11 soon and he has "body bumps" as the doc calls them and I'm always afraid they'll get whacked off and cause him more grief. I also forbid goomers to use them as they don't seem to be able to and not give his ears razor burn. Besides, if I used clippers, I'd probably cut off his ear or something! |

| Nicole, Ozzie looks so cute and I bet he thanks you for making him feel cool. You did good for the first time. It's scary right? Each time get's alittle better and you will build up your confidence as you go. Practice makes perfect. Hugs, |

| I think you did a really good job, especially on the legs. That's always the worst part for me to get even, and I usually groom Rocky myself because I can't afford to take him to the groomers all the time.
