Miss Abigail has seen and wondered about the SGC; but, hasn't had much chance to hone her spying skills, since mom doesn't let her out much. However, she is getting out more, now, and would like to present her sleuthing prowess as an applicant to the Spy Girls Club.

Please consider her technique to approaching Spy position:

1) Feign interest in generic foliage
2) Move at a relaxed gait toward spy position
3) hhmmm...What's this? Cat Poo....? (Don't get distracted from the mission!) Sorry, she does have her weaknesses.

4) Look casually around - appear bored if possible

5) Check the breeze for clues
6) More sniffing out clues
7) Approaching position...a bit of hide'n'watch from a covered vantage
8) Steady now...stealth, here!

9) Careful...make use of the over-growth honeysuckle on the fence.
10) Spy on neighbors, making mental note of suspicious (or, just interesting) activity.

I plan to go back and read again, I swear I was laughing out loud. Jazzi even perked up and put his nose on computer screen to see what was so funny, that made me laugh even more!!!

and speaking of cat poo - WHAT IS UP with that ?? Today on our walk Chanel took a BITE OUT OF POO ! She's never ever done this - I almost threw up and washed her little mouth out

Thank you prez for accepting our application. She will faithfully hone her sleuthing skills to make Chanel and Cherie proud.

The cat poo thing drives me up the wall! I used to think it was some nutritional deficiency; but, have found that both kibble and raw fed pooches are prone to acquire a <gack!> 'taste' for it! And what really burns me is I don't even have a cat; but, for some reason all the ferrel cats want to mate in my backyard!! So, that's why Abigail is not allowed out much. When I let her out, I must have the time to bathe her right away, in case she finds a cat poo deposit - because, girrrrrl, she is FAST at grab'n'gobble! *sigh* DO wash their mouths out when they grab a gobble, though. Cat poo is toxic to dogs!

I woke up the other day to find that he had gnawed an ugly bare spot at the base of his tail. Ugh. Vet found that his anal glands with full and infected. He drained, then ran some bloodwork hoping to find the cause. All the bloodwork came back fine, so while while Rusty is feeling better we're still not sure what brought it on all of the sudden.

Fortunately, he's doing well in the e-collar and seems to be less sensitive to the area. He's on antibiotics and pain meds.

Thanks for your concern! And if your sneaky spy girl comes up with any possible causes, let me know!
