New Sock Sweater! here are some pics of the newest sock sweater i made for dexter. i found the patern from this website http://www.makezine.com/blog/archive...g_sweater.html the only problem when making these is that the sock will frey where you cut it most of the time so i reinforce all of my cuts with stitching. also make sure thet you are buying the right size sock...this will likely only work for puppies or tiny dogs. dexter is just over 2 pounds and i think he will grow out of this sweater in a couple weeks. streatchy material would likely be best so that they can grow with their sweaters! i also added the little pom-poms for some fun enjoy!

That looks just like a store bought sweater! Great job! BTW, I've noticed on another thread that you posted, that Dexter looks just like this puppy I've seen in a kijiji ad. He was wearing the same white sweater, too! The seller was also from TO, just like you, so I thought it might've been you. Sorry if that sounded a little stalker-ish

Thank you for the link. I have saved it to my "Yorkie Favorites". You did a FANTASTIC job on Dexter's sweater. He looks so very stylish in his argyle sweater! Last edited by chattiesmom; 11-04-2007 at 06:59 AM.
