Hey is there anyone on here from Virginia? Like northern- I live in Woodstock VA right now which is out 81 but am moving to Centreville or the area after I get married in October. Just wanted to see if there were any other obsessed Yorkie owners in the area?? =)

YES!!! Leesburg, VA right here which is the county right next to Centreville!

And you know what's cool... I found out that there is a dog park in Reston, which isn't far from either of towns!

Cool- I still have to get my pup vaccinated and licensed before I can take her to dog parks I think but I can't wait! Have you been to the park in Reston? I've heard about it before but couldn't take my other pup because she's too skitish and will bite if scared. That's awesome though =) Did you grow up near here? I'm originally from Alexandria- which I miss a lot- I loved growing up there!

I grew up in Oklahoma and I'm not really a big fan of VA, but I've been here 10 years. I actually haven't been to the dog park because I just heard about it and he still needs his last two rounds of shots. He's about 17 weeks old now. How old is your baby?

She's just about 3 1/2 months. She's getting her next shots a week from today. She's a little monster though and she's so little! I let her play with my bigger dog some times and Taya's really good unless she gets excited- she stepped on Roo once- it was very upsetting and last weekend she scared Roo though luckily there was no stepping on again! Do you have other dogs? What dont you like about VA? Where did you go to High School (I'll probably have no idea because I was in Fairfax County and I didn't even go to public school but I might know lol)? What's your pup's name? Where did you get him?

I'm originally from VA and my mom still lives in VA.. so I guess I kinda do, haha.

My pup's name is Chip and he is also a bundle of energy. He is about 4-5 lbs right now. We got him from a breeder in manassas relocating from PA.

It's not really VA that I don't like, I'm just not used to the hustle bustle life. I grew up in the middle of nowhere in OK and VA is just not the same as home... plus I've never liked snow.

Hustle and bustle.. in VA? You need to tell me where I need to go! No hustle and bustle in VA that I know of.

Gracie and I live in Burke---also not too far from Centreville (15 mins. maybe)--and in the same county, Fairfax. We're going to a Yorkie meetup on June 3rd in Fairfax Station which is pretty close to where we both live.

Hey that sounds like me! lol I can't wait to get back to civilization! I have to say I'm a fan of the "hustle and bustle" which is characteristic of Northern VA. Ashley you should check out Southern VA though it's as rustic as you get...they even have accents down there! (I didn't know you could have accents in VA until I moved out here lol) Anyway it's nice to know I'm not alone out here! =)

Aww Chip's a cute name! I think he could probably eat Roo though (she's only a lb and only going to get to be about 2-3)! We should get them together after they get all their shots- Roo definitely wants to play and just needs someone her own size (my other dogs won't play with her- they think she's a little rat I think lol)!! =)
