| New Yorkie Owner I just got my first yorkie a couple weeks ago!! I cant believe I waited this long. She is 8 months old and an angel. SO polite and quiet. She was too small for the breeders stud, so I got her. Her name is Ginger but we call her GiGi. She is so tiny 3 lbs 2 oz!!! She has had her first visit to the groomers. I thought it would be nice to talk to other yorkie owners. I am already ready to get another. I have a busy house though!!! I have 2 boys, (live children, not dogs!!!) 5 years and 9 months and a 10 year old husky. GiGi came in like she has always lived here!! She is good with the kids and has complete run of the house. I trust her in the house because she is almost completely housebroken. She will go on the peepad if I am gone for longer periods of time, or at night. She is going to start obedience training in June. It is a small dog only obedience class. CANT wait to meet all of you!!! |
