Wheaten • Wheaton Dog Park. Don't forget to bring a bag or "poop scooper" -- one MUST clean up after their little (or big) one(s). Also, the park is supported by the county (no fees) -- please make sure your dog is socialized so that the park can stay open -- with the success of this park, other parks will hopefully open in the county. Location: http://www.mc-dog.org/wheatmap.html Directions: Take Arcola Avenue (off of Georgia Avenue) to Orebaugh Avenue and follow the signs. (Thank you K. Glover) Dog Fun Etiquette 1. Make sure to bring something (like a pooper scooper or bags) to pick up the mess your dog(s) make. Always clean up after your dog. 2. Bring some water for your dog and a leash (just in case) 3. Don't bring your dog if it is aggressive 4. Don't let your pet wander too far. Always keep an eye on them. 5. If the park is near a residential area, minimize the barking.

| thanks for the list. I was going to find some parks that were kinda central for some members that I had spoken with and try and get together. In addition a a couple of yours, I found Laurel and Bowie. Would you be interested in getting together with others? Have you been to any of these parks? I was going to try and go to a couple of them and see the facilities for myself. Thanks. B

| Sure, we would love to get together. We try to find new places to take them every weekend. (as long as the weather is nice) We are in Baltimore County but we go to the DC area on the weekends because it's a lot more to do down there for us and for them. It's also more dog boutiques in that area than around here. Any location is fine for us since we're always back and forth between Baltimore and DC/VA anyway.

| I take my baby Corky to Quite Waters dog park in Annapolis. I really like it there. It isn't too far from me since I live in Odenton. I haven't been to the one in Laurel yet. I should find it because it might be closer. |

| I live 5 mins outside of Annapolis and have STILL never been to Queit Waters park! I've heard great things though. Does it cost money to get into the park?
