I am so heart broken. My whole world has come to a halt. A week and a half ago while my little girl was being puppy sat, a door was left open and she was hit by a car. I can't even begin to explain this pain I feel every moment that I live. I feel so guilty that I was not there. I don't know what do with all of this quietness left in my home. I am on a roller coaster of emotions and I never knew that getting out of bed every day could be so hard.

Seary momma loves you more than you could ever understand. I miss you every second and don't know how I am going to make it without you. My little baby, my little girl.

kristy my heart goes out to you having lost a dog to a tragic accident a few years ago it hurts me to know the pain you are going through not being able to get out of bed and feeling the real physical pain is horrendous. Just get through each day at the moment and have caring people around you.one day at a time . my deepest sympathy to you dianne

Kristy, I am so sorry for your loss. Your post was quite a flashback for me, having lost our Nicole the same way. She was 13 years old and I couldn't even get out of bed for days. I won't pretend to know how you feel, but I can honestly tell you that the pain that I felt then and even now was horrible. I wouldn't even discuss another pet with my husband for over six years and even now, as much as I totally love our Yorkie, Toto, I still feel the loss of Nicole. They all have a very special place of their own in our heart!

Oh! That is awful! The same thing happened to my angel Gracie in February. It is devastating! It helps me to write letters to her on YT sometimes. I also got her a grave marker. We got Lexy a few weeks later to help fill the void and give us a baby to shower with love. She doesn't make me miss Gracie any less, but she keeps us laughing and we love her now sooooo much. Your baby is at the Rainbow Bridge and she is happy and healthy and waiting for you to come and get her one day so you can be together forever. I feel your pain and know how hard this is for you. I am so sorry for your loss. Last month our 3 month old puppy died, just a month after we got him. The pain was unbearable for those first few weeks. I'm glad you found Yorkie Talk, because it is the one thing that helped me to heal. Your girl will always live on in your heart and she was blessed to have you while she did. Come back here often and post your thoughts and feelings, it really does help. It's the one place I found where I wasn't afraid people would think I was crazy for mourning a puppy so badly. You will get through this, but you have to give it some time. Try to remember the happy times and put a picture or other memento out where you can see it and think of her often. (Although I'm sure right now you think of nothing but her!) I will keep you in my prayers.

I am crying with you right now. It is such a horrible pain to feel. I am so sorry for your loss. Please don't think about what if's. We cannot change what is to be. Its not your fault. I hope your memories can make you smile. I am sooo sorry

My deepest sypmpathies....I haven't ever gone thru this and can only imagine the pain...I'm very sorry - that's very tragic but like everyone said - there's a special place for our babies... and they are happy and pain free while waiting for us...
