| We are so lucky to have this forum, I would never have known to what lengths some people will go to scam someone. I learn something new every day on this forum, thank God most of it is great. I agree with everyone else here, he does not need papers on a dead dog!

| Why are you even considering cashing his check and sending him the AKC papers? I am thinking I have missed something to explain that. If not, then I would suggest you send his check back reg. mail with return receoptand a notarized letter explaining what you are doing and why. It does not sound like a person to whom I would sell anythng..JMO |

THINK ABOUT IT! Why would I short myself out of the money? If Gia would have been one of my puppies, then the situation would be TOTALLY different.

| I apologize. I did know they still owed you money and I was not thinking of that. I know a woman locally who bred a Yorkie female with a Maltese male-I witnessed the mating so I know for sure. There were 5 puppies 4 males and 1 female. She said 1 died-guess which one!! Anyhow, she listed the males as purebred without papers and went to PA and bought AKC papers for $200.00 for the female who is now part of her brood bitches..That was my point of reference. Can you mark a huge void on the application between the time you get his money and have to hand over the papers?? |
