Senior Yorkie Talker | Heartbroken My family and I had to say goodbye to our beloved Yorkie, Milo. He Had a very severe case of Pancreatitis and after several days in the emergency hospital, he just wasn't improving. He was get ting sicker. Because he was only 3 years old, we treated him aggressively in the hope that we could save him. We loved him so much and are suffering great pain. We were considering surgery but that was going to be at least another 6,000-8,000 on top of the 6,000 we had already spent. We would have gone for it if it could have saved him. He just wasn't stable enough for surgery. I can't believe he is gone and am crushed. He was such a joy in our lives. My poor husband is devastated. It all happened so quickly. |

Senior Yorkie Talker | We continue to be extremely distraught over the death of our pal, Milo. He was only 3 years old and it just was so unexpected. My husband and I are very weepy and the grief is overwhelming. We loved him so. When will the pain go away? It has been comforting to be a part of this Yorkie community. I thanks all of you for your kind words. Last edited by jshade; 07-07-2015 at 06:36 PM. |

| I am so very sorry for your loss. Having lost my Meika (5) last year, I can say that time does help heal the broken heart, although you never get over it. Hopefully in time the good memories you had of him will be of comfort, but for a while you just have to take it one day at a time.

| I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I understand how painful it is to lose one loved so dearly. The pain never fully goes away, but it eases in time. Love lasts forever, and Milo will always be a soft spot in your heart. I hope your painful memories are soon replaced with beautiful ones of times you shared with your beloved little boy.

| I am so sorry to hear about you losing Milo. I know exactly what you are feeling. It is so hard to see your baby in pain. May Milo RIP and I wish your family all the best. It will get better but you will never forget. Just know Milo is no longer in pain. Bless you!

| I am so very sorry for your loss... It does sound like you did everything you could for him. It just takes time... I still cry over the loss of my kitty and it has been 6 months. It's hard when they go so young. It's not fair.
