| I am so happy that you are doing better John. I know how absolutely numb you felt when you lost your dear Elvis. I have been through the loss of a dearly loved dog too and I know how hard it is. In your pain you helped another member who lost her baby with your kind and understanding words. Thank you to you too. Hugs...

| Thanks for the update John, you've been in my prayers. I know what you've been going through. Try when you can to remember the funny great things about Elvis and it will bring warmth into your heart. Elvis will always be with you, I know.

| I think of you and several others who have lost precious pups, and know that only time will help heal your heart. Our pups are our little children and losing one is devastating. Take care, and do check in when you can. We are always here for you, and many of us have had the same heartache as you.

| I'm glad that you wrote to let everyone know how you are. It will take time to heal. You need to grieve and it hurts, alot. Many of us here have gone thru losing our babies and this is a good place to come and talk to everyone. You will receive comfort, support and kindness. I wish you all the best. Take care of yourself. |

| I am glad you found us in you time of need, YT members understand a loss of a beloved pet more often than others might. I am glad to hear you are improving, but all of us know it does take time.

| I'm so glad to hear you're doing better, John. This place was so important to keeping me going when I lost my girl and waking up in the morning just felt rotten without her. It's such a good thing to have a support group like yorkietalk when you're dealing with true heartbreak.

| It is nice to hear you are getting along after the loss of Elvis. It is so hard to lose our babies but I always look at my dear Keally of what she wanted. Keally I know would want mom to be happy again and give another baby a wonderful home.Elvis is looking down at you and he wants you to be happy again too. He knows you gave him a wonderful home and loved you very much. I did go on and I have my dear Kinder now and I look at it this way God gave us an angel to love. Stay in touch with all of us in YT and it sure is a place that helped me in my loss. People that do not like pets just do not understand what we go through.Bless you and take care of. Susan |

| Hey john hang on, I promise it gets better. My bro got me Sassy yesterday, a lovely yorkie. She does not look like my Tootsie, but it was like he removed a dagger from my heart the minute I saw her. I did not believe my friends when they said I needed to get another yorkie quick. I cried today at the vet remembering the day Tootsie said goodbye, but sassy is slowly filling my life. My best friend came to see me and said: welcome back! your voice and eyes are looking normal again at last. Go for it John, get another yorkie quick. I had hidden tootsie's stuff and now when I got them out it did not feel as bad. I still talk to Toots and out her flowers everyday and always will. I carry her picture in a necklace on my chest, I have enough love to give Sassy as well. Go for it. I want to hear you doing well soon. |

| I'm relieved to hear that you both are doing a little better. I still miss my Rainbow Bridge babies so much, and it has been years. The love lasts forever, and when we talk about all of our babies, a feeling of overwhelming joy and love overtakes our hearts. We waited two years after losing our last little girl. She was close to seventeen, and our world revolved around her after losing her two sister a few years before her. We were both so lost without our little ones. When Katie joined our family 17 months ago after two very lonely years, she brought such love, life, and happiness to our lives. Loving Katie so completely doesn't change how much we love our Rainbow Bridge babies. She brings back so many wonderful memories of Ashley, Kiwi, and Gracie, and their sister Jolie before them, but we have also created so many more beautiful memories together. Life revolves around our precious Katie now, and we are so happy. I don't think the pain of losing our other little girls will ever go away, but I'm certain that loving them and the love they gave to us will last forever. I believe you will love again completely, just as you did before. Our babies teach us to love with a completely open heart.

| Mahmouha, I am so happy that Sassy has lifted your heart, and opened you up to love and joy again. I am also one who believes getting a new pup soon after a loss is very heartwarming and healing. Congratulations on your new girl Sassy. Can't wait to hear more about her and hopefully see pictures.
