| Lost my Baby Girl in August I lost my precious little Maya in Mid August. Someone was watching her for the day and she ran off and he couldn't find her. By the time he found her, it was too late. She was hit by a car. The lady that hit her did stop, thank God, so the person pulled her away from the road. She was my precious baby and I miss her so much. We buried her close to the house where I could go sit by her on the bench. She went everywhere with us, camping, trips, etc. That day, I wish I would have taken her. She was barely 2 years old and just perfect for me. She was about 4 pounds and she was so sweet. I know she was lost that night and looking for me and I can't help but feel a little responsible. I miss her tremendously. We just got a new puppy but she will never take the place of my Precious Maya. Last edited by YorkieLover30; 10-09-2008 at 06:46 PM. |

| I'm so sorry for your loss. No, there will never be anything that take the place of Maya, but you have a big heart and there's enough room for for many little one's to have their own special spots. Let your new little baby help your heart heal. She will love you as much as Maya did. Hugs and God Bless. Precious Maya, sleep peacefully, with the Angels arms wrapped around you.

| Oh my goodness, I am so sorry. I would be devestated too! I am so glad that you got another sweet baby to love. It will never replace her, but it really does help heal the heart.

| I'm so sorry. Don't blame yourself- sometimes no matter how careful we are, things happen. I lost my little girl a month ago. It is just devastating. Treasure all the wonderful memories you had with her- they will make you smile when your heart begins to mend. |

| RIP little Maya. I lost Jackson over a year ago, I still feel guilty, but I tell myself that things happen for a reason. She is up there watching over you, smiling down on you. It will take time, but you will remember her with smiles and fewer tears. My thoughts are with you.
