One of the puppies from my first littler passed away. His mom had cancer and spent over a month in the hospital and he died from missing her. The vet said he just decided he didn't have the will to live anymore......

He was only 3.4 lbs. This was a little boy from my Mandy's first litter and such a sweetheart. His mom Dee is now in a convalescent hospital an broken hearted. I said if she gets better our nurse Spicy can come and keep her company for as long as she needs her. Spicy is our 9 yr old Papillion.

I'm so sad about Toby that I cannot imaging losing one of mine. It really has broken my husbands and my heart.

Dee is a close friend and losing her Toby is so hard on her. We actually became friends when she got our Toby.

I love having YT to come on and people that understand how a yorkie can own your heart just like a child......

Perhaps if he had been able to visit her in the hospital and stay with her for awhile they both would have been better for it. Our local hospital allows pets to visit, and even some of the doctors have dogs that go on rounds with them. It seems so natural, those are the times when we need our loved ones the most.

This story is just heartbreaking. Our best wishes to mom.

You have been through so much, and I am heart broken hearing about all losses, the baby missing his Mommy and died of heartache.
