Oh honey I am so so sorry. I don't know what to tell you to do. But my heart goes out to you along with my tears for your loss. God bless and in the end , you'll do what's right for you. But please remember that her body was only a glove for her soul - if you don't want to look at the body, you can talk to her soul from anywhere and she'll hear you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I agree with what some of the others have said, remember your baby alive and happy. When an accident like this happens, it's different than when you have to have them PTS, then I feel like you need to be there with them at the end to comfort them. IMO it would be very traumatic for you under the circumstances. Hugs!

I'm so sorry you lost Tootsie.

She was beautiful and from the pictures it is so apparent she was loved and cherished.

She will be waiting at rainbow bridge playing and having fun........

I am so very sorry for your loss. I understand the shock and grief you are feeling. I lost Max suddenly in November when I took him outside to potty and a coyote grabbed him and killed him. It is so hard getting over the shock and then the guilt and "what if's" - just remember how much love your dog gave you and the memories will help comfort you. My thoughts are with you. It is so hard to lose a beloved pet so tragically....I went through that kind of pain many, many years ago with our family poodle. No matter how it happens when they are hit by cars, it is no ones fault, just a tragic accident. So please don't feel to blame.

RIP little Tootsie and hugs to you.
