| You said that Max was a "protecter"...so I'm sure that he would be very protective of your hearts as well. I'm sure that whereever he is, he is barking an approving bark, and spinning a happy little yorkie spin for the new little sister who will heal your hearts. He was adorable, and so is she!!!

| My Max died yesterday morning So sorry, the new baby will surely help. My Maltese died at 16 years old in Oct of last year and I found my precious Yorkie two months later and she filled the emptiness. But will always miss my Koee

| I'm just seeing this today but wanted to extend my sympathies. I'm so glad you have the new baby to fill the void left behind. I know exactly how you feel..... I've always been a "one inside dog at a time" kind of person and it broke my heart to have to put down our 15 year old toy poodle several years ago. We got Tatum just a short couple weeks later and she helped us heal so much quicker. Welcome to the new baby! We also have coyotes nearby but they got so close to the house the other night that it scared me. I hate that these things get so brave.
