| This is an old story, making the rounds again on youtube. This was in August of this year, and it appears that due to a demonstration outside of bank, no one was allowed inside.

| I didn't know that. Either way, i don't see why BofA is keeping anyone from withdrawing their own money. Maybe their is an explanation for that?

As I remember it....They were told to do their banking at either an ATM, online, or at another location where protests weren't being held, for the safety of the customers, tellers and other bank personnel. The protestors were against how BoA's processed home foreclosures and staged a protest that included them marching into the bank and withdrawing their money. The protest got rowdy as protests do and the bank called in protection and implemented security measures. Clearly not a move in the bank's best interested as it generated even more negative press for them than their already staggeringly high home foreclosure rate did.

| ugh I can't stress how MUCH I HATE BOA!!! Terrible customer service, interest rates, etc. When I tried to close my account, the person just wouldn't do it!! Wasted so much of my time! I would NEVER use BOA again and I hope they go collapse soon!!

| I hate BofA they have THE worst customer service ever! Once I had a small unauthorized debit on my acct. They would not help me in a branch and told me I had to call it in. They kept transferring me, and transferring me, and transferring me. Said I called the wrong number too, can you believe that?! Finally the last transfer a person got on the line and asked how I was doing, and you can bet I told them really how I was doing. She said, oh they were supposed to transfer you to the fraud dept, but since you've been transferred so many times I'll just process this for you. So all those other people could have helped me all along but they just didn't want to! Then I told them I wanted to close my acct, and send me a check for the balance, but then she said that I have to do at a branch! I can't wait for the day they go down, but I doubt the ever will.
