Hey all you fellow Mid-Westerners!! My 4 1/2 month old Yorkie, Turbo, "Bo" for short and I live in Southern Indiana with the rest of our family: My husband, my 18 year old daughter, 11 year old son, and a grouchy 8 year old Schnauzer named Woody. Bo is our first Yorkie and we are all totally in love with him.

Well...everyone but Woody, he barely tolerates him.

I keep wanting to post some more pictures of Bo but, oh gee, the pics always come out blurry, I wonder why...it's hard to photograph a MOVING target!!

Anyway, glad to meet you all, this forum is wonderful!!

Hello everyone! Tini and I live in Oak Park IL which is the first suburb west of Chicago. Since it has been so cold we haven't been going on many walks lately. I can't wait until it is warmer and we can spend more time outside! Tini is 6 months and 2 weeks old. Seems like it has gone so fast already!

HI JOanne your not that far from me bridgeview is about 20 to 30 minutes south of you down harlem. Where did you get your yorkie from I havent had much luck in illinois.

Do any of you that live in the midwest have smaller Yorkie's (I won't say the teacup word)? Have any of you dealt with the breeders of smaller Yorkies?
I'd love to know more about how it is going with them. I got mine from a breeder up North of Chicago. I got her name from the newspaper. She was real nice but we had a little problem with the low blood sugar.

where by midway I am on like 84th and harlem and we have one of our offices right on 63rd and narragansett. Maybe we can form a yorkie play group lol. when I get my yorkie of course.

My husband has an office called pacor mortgage. We are right across from the fairplay. I believe the restuarant next door to us is called renees.
