| Yorkshire Terrier Club of Illinois Hello everyone, I noticed a while back that through the YTCA there wasn't a club for Illinois Yorkie owners. We have decided that there should be one, it would be nice for us all to at least get together once and a while! We live in the West suburbs now (Aurora) but are soon moving to Plano. I have recently been looking for a nice big fenced in park that we could possibly rent out once a month or whenever we can all get it together. I have a lot of ideas that we are slowly going to try and execute. I have contact the company that's my current websites in order to obtain ytci.org = Yorkshire Terrier Club of Illinois. So... If anyone in Illinois or surrounding states would be interested in joining or helping in anyway possible (every little bit counts) I would much appreciate you dropping your 2 cents or getting in touch with us. Until the website is set up, please free to email me at anytime at Prophecy@makethebeats.com Thanks so much. I hope to hear back from a lot of people (fingers crossed) |

| okay... so we have www.ytci.org parked now, so it's just a matter of time until we get organized and get the site put together! I am looking into everything to set this up as a NPO, and make it official, hopefully everyone likes the idea and we can all have some fun together |

| Great, We're glad that some more people are interested. We've met a few people at PetSmart lately and they are interested too! We are actually moving to Plano in a couple weeks, but we still have our advanced/CGC classes in Naperville, and both of us work out that way, so we'll be out there a lot! As far as location goes, I've been trying to locate sites where we could have indoor/outdoor get togethers. We would like to spread out our meeting sites so that people from all over Illinois can get together without having to travel too far. The plan is to hopefully one day have a large enough club so that we can have chapters of Northern/southern illinois, along with our 'western suburb' people as well. There's a lot to still be worked out of course. But there seems to be a good amount of people behind the idea, so I think we can make it work. As I said before, once this all gets going, I'm sure we should put together a board of people who can meet up and coordinate everything. So if you're interested email me: Prophecy@makethebeats.com I am in the process of designing the YTCI as we speak, so there will be an easier way for us all to communicate. Thanks everyone! Josh, Crystal, & Peanut |

| Okay, the website is set up now... www.ytci.org Although I found out that I had some technical issues (fonts, size, etc...) that are not all compatible with everyones computer/browser... So after taking Peanut to the vet today I plan to refurbish and rebuild the site, there will be NO downtime. Please check out the site, and give us some feedback. It is not completely done yet, we just had to get it up and running! *If you wish to join the club, send us pictures, or contact us... please send us an email... ytci@ytci.org The contact form coding is being worked on... This goes for everyone in Illinois! We want to form chapters all over the state so we can bring us all together.
