| Going to Cleveland, Ohio... My hubby and I are taking our two boys to a Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game on Nov. 25 this year and will be taking our 3 dogs with us. Does anyone have any suggestions where to stay that is pet friendly and pretty close to the arena? I have booked a room with the Sheraton Independence Hotel(it is pet freindly) but thought someone that lives in the area or has stayed in the area may know of somewhere else. Also does anyone know of any Pet Boutiques in the area? We will be in town for a few days so I will have time to shop for my fur babys. If anyone has any suggestions on where to go or what to see, let me know. Thanks everyone.

| Hi! I actually live in Canton (about 1 hr south of Cleveland) There is the cutest store in Fairlawn (off I-77) about 20min south of Cleveland. It is called the Pets Pajamas. They have a lot of very cute things. Clothing, collars, harnesses, ect. There is also an AWESOME store that just opened here in Canton called Moochie and Co. It is at the Belden Village Mall. (about an hour from where you will be) If yo are interested in checking them out, let me know and I can get you specific directions.

The Sheraton Independence Hotel isn't too far from downtown. You just hop on I-77 and it takes you there. I live a little farther out than Independence, but I drive to work on I-77. If you have any questions or need any info, let me know. I'll be happy to help in any way I can! Hope you enjoy your stay, and I hope the weather cooperates!! | |

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | We stayed in Cleveland when we went to get Maddie. We stayed at a Red Roof Inn motel. it was great, and an awesome price too. it's right across from the Holiday Inn.

| Thanks everyone, I'll look up both of those hotels. I don't mind staying where I have already booked(Sheraton) but would kinda like a place in down town just in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Plus we would be able to see and do more by walking around town. I use to come and stay in Akron about 10 years ago, my mother worked there for the jail(she was manager in the kitchen) and had an apartment so I use to go visit her with my Dad. My mom and dad were not divcorced and had a home here in West Virginia and my dad worked here, so she either came home on weekends or we went there to see her. That was a hard time for us all being apart so much, but I liked the area. I have not been that way for probably 10 years though so I am looking very forward to it. If anyone knows of any other unique dog shops in downtown Cleveland let me know too.

| Hi!! This is a pet boutique. They carry everything from clothing to toys to harnesses/fancy collars. They also have a doggy bakery. Lexie LOVES the cheddar cheese triangles. They are moderately priced. Not super cheap, but not crazily overpriced either!! It just opened 1 wk ago today and is located in the old Country Clutter store front. (by GNC/Lady Foot Locker/Auntie Anns Pretzels.) By the way, we ARE able to bring our furbabies with us!! The mall requests that we use the main entrance of the mall (that faces Everhard) and that we leave once done shopping at that store. Happy Shopping!!
