| Chicago Area Babies Well the cold weather is upon us and its going to be a long winter if these little ones are stuck in the house with no one to play with... I'm near Downers Grove and was thinking it would be great if we all could find some type of indoor play area for our babies to meet up once a week or every other week for a play date.. Is anyone interested? If so I can start checking around..I haven't been in the area long but would be willing to find out what I can.Molly is under 4 lbs and a sweet little yorkiepoo that loves other dogs and people a like and needs to interact and not stay shut in for the winter...If interested please reply or pm me... Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am in Gurnee. I know a new place just opened in Libertyville and it is a new doggy daycare and she has a large enclosed play area. I will try and remember the name or stop by and see is they will do anything like a playgroup if people are interested.

| I would love for Violet to meet and play with other Yorkies. I live in Geneva (west suburbs, near St. Charles and Batavia), but I wouldn't mind driving to meet some of you wonderful Yorkie moms. |

| I always wondered why no one has opened up an indoor play area for dogs in those cold states. Heck, look at Mall of America in MN. Isn't it wonderful for people and kids with the amusment parks, food courts, resturants, shopping, movies and such. It would be so wonderful if indoor parks could open for the dogs as well.

Some of the pet boutiques have playgroups, I just have to find out when they are. Mine are pretty happy to nap most of the day but they get kinda crazy in the afternoon and I have no idea what to do with them. Sometimes I strap them in their car seats and take them with me when I go to the post office. That's the highlight of their day

| We just moved here from Nashville, we have lived in the midwest all of our lives but got our girl when we were in Nashville. She hates this weather and wants to get her energy out in a bad way. We live in Lincoln Park. Any takers downtown? |

| Hi, I'm new at this site. And, a new Yorkie Mom. My Baby is Cubby (AKA Stormy's Little Bear). I live in Berwyn, Illinois. If you ever make plans to be out and about, let me know. What a Pet Smart or Pet Co, maybe they would allow the use of their training area--Plus for them, since it would bring potential customers to their stores. |

| Im in Jefferson Park. I just moved here from the Crystal Lake area. I would love to be able to get my furries out to socialize with other furries like them. I worry when I take them to the dog parks because they are so small and some big dogs just dont like little dogs. Any Chicago YT-ers want to get together, feel free to PM me and I will give you my phone number. I spend alot of time alone. My BF bartends downtown nites and days in Rosemont, so I would love to get out and be able to take the "kids" with me. |

| I just signed up for the meet up. I think it will be fun. It wouldn't hurt for my dogs to hang out with dogs of different breeds either. But I would definately love to get together with other yorkies and yorkie people too. |

| I would love to meet up even if I had to drive a little way. I've already met a few members in person and would like to meet even more.
