| 3.5 lb Garbage Disposal Please tell me there are others out there..... Does anyone else's yorkie love to eat ANYTHING. Any food that falls on the floor Watson will eat it up in a matter of seconds. I had these hot, spicy chips and one fell on the floor, so I thought fine once his mouth is on fire he'll see he can't eat everything. But he ate the chip and then looks up at me and says "do you have anymore I can have". Before I use to fight him to get my food back but now I'm at the point, it's "finders keepers". I guess he likes to think he is part human!! |

| My parents' yorkie, Rylie is like that! I've been keeping him the past two weeks. He will eat ANYTHING. One day I was eating fried chicken (sitting on the couch) and he was laying beside me. Well all of a sudden he reached over and grabbed a huge piece and tried to eat it! I got onto him but it was kindof funny too to see him trying to grab such a big piece. He'll stand at your feet while you're cooking and anything that hits the floor is gone. My Lacy is pretty picky though. She has her treats she loves but she won't eat most things. She'll take it from me and then just spit it out.

| When Zippy was more mobile he would snatch food right up when it hit the floor. I remember one time when I was visiting my sister, I was eating chicken satay and trying to get all the chicken off the stick. Well one piece of chicken flew off the plate and onto the floor, Zippy got it so fast I didn't even know where it landed. |

| HAHA Bellepoupee ! I also have a parrot and the floor around his cage has never looked so clean since I got the dogs. The five second rule does not quite work in my house , if anything hits the floor and I dont get it up within half a second its GONE! I got my first dog five years ago and ever since my floors have been really clean !... isnt that amazing! HAHAHA ( I consider my dogs self propelled vaccum cleaners that do most of the prep work for me!.... who knew they had that ability?! ) Eileen |
