| lump on left side by rib????? help???? hello everyone i was playing with frankie tonight and i was rubbing up and down his body when i felt like a lump on him and he doent have it on the other side. i made him a vet appt for monday since thevet said he doesnt seem to be in pain or aggrivated when i called he will see him onday but i thought maybe you guys could give me insite so i can bring a few things up at the vets office. when i touch it he doiesnt seem to be bothered at all by it we were just at thevets last friday for a check up and he rubbed him and didnt feel anyting but this is the first timei felt it also but he doesnt care when i touch it but its like the size of maybe a nickel or dime well more a nickel and its not huge like swollen but its noticeable i thought at first it was his rib but his ribs end and its like right there like on extra rib or something but not a full one if i make sense please help me out guys those of you with expierence thanks stephanie and the frankster

| Did he get a shot last Friday? When Juju got a shot, she had a lump a few days later.

| yorkies i have one of my yorkies that had just a fat mass that was nothing...thought it was a cyst...but i had it cheched and it was just some fatty tissue...but it always better to have it checked out to be safe....good luck

| hey yeah he did thats exactly where he got his shot to i hope thats it cause its kinda mushy like a shot or like a swollen tissue you know its not like hard like a growth or anything but i wasnt sure i hope so thanks os much for your quick reply he is playign inthe floor with the cat and im like frankie are you ok frankie frankie are you ok all paranoid thanks

| its probably just where he got his shot and not much to worry about, easier said than done of course! I'm sure everything is okay. with our two senior girls one had a mass in that area that ended up being cancer and the other has a fatty mass that isn't cancer. let us know the outcome, ok?

| My 4 year old yorkie had a lump on her neck right behind her head..my husband thought it was getting bigger(I was told it was probably a cyst), but, I finally made an appt. to take her in and get it checked out..come to find out it was a tumor..I schedule surgery for that next Monday(took her in on a Friday), they removed it, and luckily, it came out benign..it's good you're having it checked out |

| I just had my almost 5 year old yorkie to the vet 2 weeks ago to check out a lump on the back of her neck, thought it was a cyst, but come to find out, was a tumor, they removed it, lucky for us, it was benign |
