| The salmon oil is supposed to be a great supplement for dogs. I just can't stand the smell. I know I should just tough it out for my little one's sake, but nope...ain't happening. I have the original Petzlife and it has a minty smell. Gizmo seems to tolerate it okay, and I know it's really good for his teeth. IDK about Petzlife and cats. Maybe someone else does?

| We use this!!! ParPar had some tarter buildup that I thought we would need a dental scheduled. I used it every other day for about 2 weeks and then I tried to scale her teeth...the tarter came right off in big flakes! I was really quite amazing. The side note is that her breath was absolutely disgusting fish smell for a few hours after using it. I can live with that knowing she'll be keeping her pretty smile. |

| I was wondering the same thing. Not to hijack your thread, but are you supposed to use it like a toothpaste or what? |

| Thanks ya'll And I read on the petzlife web site that you can either brush their teeth with it or just put a little in their mouth....suppose to work both ways. I think I will just put it in my girls mouth as the little toothbrushes are still too big. |

| I just put a little dab on his gums three times a week. Once every couple of weeks, I will go over it with a little finger toothbrush. I also read a post where someone used a piece of gauze as a toothbrush and that worked also.

| I use the little fingerbrush the best I can, and hope the toothpaste will do the rest.

| I have the regular. My dogs really don't like it so I just put a dab on my finger and scrape in under the top teeth. Just by doing that I have had AMAZING results. I love this stuff. I know the omega 3 in the salmon is good for them but I don't think I could get past the smell.

| It's a dental gel for dogs. Here's a link to a site that carries it. http://www.sassypup.net/Dental-Care-...p-1-c-295.html

| Does everyone use just the gel and not the spray? |

| I just use the gel. You can get a discount if you order both, but that was still beyond my budget.

| Free shipping helps, but yea, a little pricey. The good thing is that it lasts. A little bit goes a long way.
