| Best Yorkie book Hello, I'm new to the boards and am considering adding a Yorkie to my family. Would love suggestions on good reference books in order to learn more about them. I have been researching on the internet but there's nothing like a good book!! Thanks |

| There are a lot of great books on yorkies. I have read these two Yorkshire Terriers for Dummies (great for easy reference) The Yorkshire Terrier Handbook (good info/ fabulous photos) http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...64568800&itm=2 http://search.barnesandnoble.com/boo...4125850&itm=26

| I don't know of any books, but you can use the search bar to look up any topic you can think of.

| I purchased a couple of Yorkie books a little while ago and I realized that almost everything I read in them turned out to be information I had already learned just by researching online and reading topics in this forum! If you've done a lot of research online and stick to this forum, there really is no need to go out and get books, IMO. Still, I think it is handy to have one on hand, but I don't think it's necessary. |

| I know before I got Deiter, I read and read on here. This is where I learned the most. I have purchased many books but I learned more from the people on here than I did from the books. I feel that is because here they have a yorkie and they know the real truth. I love everybody here for helping me with all the good info on here.
