| My little man is at the vets right now He's being nuetered. He went in at 8 this morning.. it's now 11. They haven't called so obviously the surgery went fine. I am calling in an hour to check on him and I'm going to pick him up at 3. |

| I am sure he is fine. Now you will have that taken care of and won't have to worry. Chachi my male is going to be neutered next month.

| Try not to worry! I hate those times when they have to be away like that. I totally stressed over grooming, that's why I am learning to do it myself. It will end and he will be fine. Just spend the day on YorkieTalk, that will make the time fly by! Oh, speaking of that, I better get off here and go to work!

| I remember that day... about 6 months ago.. He will be fine, Bailey was sleepy when he got home, but about 3-4 hours later he was his normal self, like it didnt even phase him!

| Just talked to the vet tech (who is one of my girlfriends husbands sister) she assisted with the operation. She said he woke up right away and has been outside walking already. She even said I could come get him an hour early. I just miss him so much... the house is so empty and my 3 year old skinkid keeps asking if we can go get him. Reminds me of when my other two skinskids started kindergarten. 1.5 hrs and counting. I'll probably be around asking questions tonight! |

| He is gonna be fine...But, be prepared for him to refuse to ever get in the car he was transported in. He will be afraid he will lose something else. My friend's Lab was so funny--he would fight like the devil after he was neutered.. He never wanted to go in their truck afterwards. We always envisioned him collecting all of his friends together and warning them about what happens when you get in the car..LOL |

| That's why I made my husband drop him off this morning... I didn't want him to associate me (his main caretaker) with the nuetering process. I'm just the mommy who gets to pick him up and rescue him. |

I bet he will be so happy to see you too I think I will do the same as you, when it is time to get my new puppy fixed, I am going to have hubby drop her off. No news is good news usually, so I bet everything went fine... it is probably harder on us than them. | |

| He's Home I picked him up at 2:00. Brought him home, put him in an infant sized onesie (a tip I found on YT) and he's napping beside me in his doggy basket with his monkey. He's not supposed to go for a walk for a week, a bath for 2 weeks, and he has to wear his E collar if needed for 5-7 days. Any other advice anyone has is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for the support all day... I couldn't have gotten through this without everyone! |
