| Thick/Wavy Coat Hello to everyone once again I am going to be getting our new fur baby next week..yeah..my question is she has a really thick coat of shiny, silky hair, but it is so thick it almost looks curly or wavy. Is this normal for a thick coat on a puppy? I will post pics after I pick her up, and I thank you in advance for your help. Alicia, Mink MiMi & soon Miss America |

| Most of the pups I've seen are small balls of thick wavy hair. You really won't know what kind of hair they'll have until after the first groom. Penny had the curly hair, and after her cut she has beautiful straight silky hair.

| Layla came with thick wavy hair as well... she will loose her puppy coat and her adult coat will come in.. however Layla still has thick wavy/curly hair. Yokrie coats come in two varieties... wavy or straigh. A good way to tell how it will end up is to take a picture without the flash and see what color her eyes look like... if they look green it should be a straight coat, if it is red,,, like Layla's, she will have a "Cottony: coat |
