| Ice on Ice question.... Villette or Heatherhamptons...or anyone using the ice on ice from chrissysystems....do you order the concentrate or the ready to use spray????? Lil Bit is so small I would think a gallon of the stuff would last FOREVER.....but would the ready to use (I assume diluted) be as good after the bath??? Do you use the concentrate after the bath and spray other times????? |

| I've use the Chris systems stuff on Tatum for some time now after it was recommended here and we use the Ice spray - after blowdrying, before the final brush. And then before the in-between-bath brushings. Wasn't even aware that there was a concentrate - guess I didn't pay attention, just wanted an easy spray, I guess. After thinking about it a little more, I bet the concentrate stuff may be for a leave-in conditioner before combing and drying. For that I actually use Infusium leave-in - it's a liquid human conditioner. Oh my gosh, it makes her so silky and the comb goes through freshly washed hair like butter! That's something to keep in mind also if you're a new mommy - use a comb after bath. It gets the mats and tangles out all the way to the skin. I used a brush at first with Tatum and it hurt her so much all she did was squirm around and I couldn't get the tangles right next to her skin. The first time I used a leave-in conditioner and a comb, I think she lost a handful of hair because of all the mats I got out. And all of a sudden, she looked like a long haired dog (although she still had puppy-length hair) instead of a fluffy teddy bear!

| I ordered the ready to use. Before I went all out spending a butt load of cash on supersizing each product, I decided to buy the smaller ones to try them out. Now I know for sure I love it and it would be a good thing to buy in bulk! You're gonna LOVE this stuff!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Hi ...They are both the same - the concentrate needs to be mixed by YOU - the Ready to use is just that - Use straight from the bottle. Anyone trying this for the first time needs to only get the READY to use - then you can decide if you like it - and order the larger amount when you run out...but it should last a long time as you only need to spray them very lightly - no saturating the hair - it doesn't work that way - just lightly spray their whole body shielding their eyes - I always cover my girls eyes with my hand or I SPRAY directly onto my hand and smooth it on them. By the way - for those who have the concentrate and mix it themselves....I I was told use DISTILLED water - 10 to one ratio and you just need to get a sprayer bottle ....but they are the SAME thing - you don't need both. Good luck !! I don't mean to sound like a know it all - I'm not !! I used a few products and never liked them until this stuff...I would only recommend something I use myself and have great results with !

| I just gave Brutus a bath today and groomed him myself. (I have pics on the my Yorkie board). Anyway I love the ice on ice too but today after the ice on ice I used a very small amount of Redken anti-snap leave-in conditioner and I've never seen his coat look so soft and shiny. I want to try the Infusium too.

| This stuff sounds awesome! Now what kind of treatments would you recommend I use for my Simon and Nigel. They both get tear stains and have a puppy cut. I read the info on the site but it was for a big fur dog. Please advise on what I should buy for my starter set. |

I bought them all seperately too. It was $31 with shipping for all 3. Not to bad. They are great products!
