| I Need Yt Help!!!! I will do my best to shorten this long story. The picture below is Lucky, or so I call it, a black cat that showed up suddenly yesterday, and wanted in my house so bad...it kept leaving and coming back. I was on my back porch talking to my Grandpa (it was his birthday, so I called him) and Lucky jumped up onto my porch and came right to me which is when I noticed that Lucky is missing his left eye, and the right one is swollen (possibly infected?). Lucky is obviously young, and my husband got close enough that he didn't see any claws. You can't see it in the picture but Lucky is very trim and if Lucky were to stand up the stomach is very bulging (is Lucky a girl and having kittens?). I am allergic to cats, we can always hear cats fighting at night in my neighborhood. I don't know what to do, i would have to take it to the animal shelter and pay money to drop it off, that is my only option other than taking it to a vet and getting Lucky taken care of, but even still with no claws I can't keep Lucky as an outside cat in that condition. HELP....I need advice...I would get him cleaned up and keep him but i'm allergic.

| If she doesn't have any front claws, that would probably mean she was someones pet that was set loose or escaped. Which would explain part of the eye issue since she can't defend herself. If possible try to catch her and take her to get medical services, it sounds like she needs it. Try to contact a feline rescue group if they can help in any way later on with medical bill, rehoming, etc. Too bad you live on the other side of PA, otherwise I could come and help. Donating YT 30K Club Member | Can your Animal Control get her somewhere safe. They may have rescues who will take her. That poor baby. Good Luck

| Oh my goodness....this breaks my heart! I really hope you can get some help for this sweet kitty!! By the way, I can see that her back claws are in serious need of a trim. I think she looks soooooooo sweet and is BEAUTIFUL!!! Just a side note....there are typically warnings for owners of black cats this time of year (Halloween) because, sadly, people have been known to hurt black colored cats. Hopefully, you can find her original home or a new home soon. Tammy |

| She looks like a purebred burmese. I would guess she is someones pet who was possibly hit by a car. Please get her to a vet and also make sure she is scanned for a microchip. If you are near Pittsburgh I could possibly help. |

| Do you happen to work where you could post that you are looking for a home for her?? Or you could call around to different vet clinics and see if they know of someone that wants her or would be willing to take her in as a foster. Tammy |

| I do, I work at a Courthouse, I am doing all I can to work on this and do the mountains of work on my desk...I am far too stressed about this poor cat, to even want to work, but i'm so busy, i work in the DA's Office and i'm just swamped, if i can take a lunch i will call vets offices to see if anyone has called and also to see if they remember a one-eyed cat as a patient.....this is something that would only happen to me!!!
