| Help Need to know what kind of tape to get I went to the vet's and had Gleason's ears glued today and they are straight out so my vet told me to get some tape and loosely bridge them together but not to get real strong tape. He said first aid tape was less sticky. I am going to go buy some tape but I don't know what to get. If anyone has used tape please let me know what kind of tape you used. My vet cautioned me about to sticky of tape. He said he was talking to another vet about taping and the other vet told him a lady came in with a yorkie with taped ears and she wanted him to remove the tape. When he removed the tape the top of the ear came off with it. She had used duct tape or something. That has got me freaked out, I would rather have floppy ears than have the top of his ears falling off. |

| You just get the tape that is sold in the same area as the bandaids and bandage wraps. It is made out of material and is not that sticky. It's medical tape.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Yep - use first aid tape - you can get it anywhere: target, walgreens, cvs, walmart...

| I use the first aid tape, because it's not real sticky.
