| Honesty needed here!!! I am just wondering if there are any YTers that had one Yorkie decided to get another Yorkie and then regretted it? If so why? Now that we only have Autumn we definitely want to get another Yorkie but I want it to be the right dog and the right time. Honest examples would be great. Thanks for the help **Amie** |

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Absolutely not. I have my days but thats simply because Diggy can be a Trying lil boy lol it's no different than with skin kids ya know... I wouldn't call it regrets Id say its more a frustration thing that passes VERY fast. A big lick of the face washes it all away FAST!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I always had one dog at a time and when my Pom was 8 I couldn't stand not having a yorkie anymore so I got Cali. I was so worried that they wouldn't get along and that Maya would feel betrayed but they were fine. Then I wanted another Yorkie, so Cali would have a playmate closer in age, so I got Pixie and it was the best decison I ever made. I love having all 3 and have enough Love for all and I love seeing them interact together. I really don't find it much more work and three times the rewards. I just took my time looking for each one and when I found the ONE I just knew it was right. Good luck

| When we decided to get another pup Dior was 6 months old. We took her every where possible, and she never complained once about being in her carrier. When we finally brought Diezel home (our Maltese) he hated everything!. He hated his carrier, his clothes, his walks, he even hated US!. I was really disappointed and regretted getting him, because we had to be home a lot more since he hated being out and engaging in any activity other than eating or sleeping. As the weeks and months went by, he warmed up and we warmed up and everything now is wonderful, except he still hates his carrier I wouldn't trade him for the world

| I have three and 90% of the time they get along well. Once in a while Penny will get a wild hair and start a fight.

| I will admit when I first got Izzie I was doubtful I made the right decision. I got Izzie so Bella would have someone to play with, but for the first 1-2 months there was no playing!! Bella was depressed and Izzie was scared at times and a bully at others. Izzie's personality was WAY different that Bella and I wasn't used to it. I also wasn't all that excited about potty training again.... But after a couple of months they are the best of friends. They play together, eat together, and I am so thankful I did it. They are still very different, but that's what I like. Two is definitely twice the fun

| I've had some moments of doubt since getting Izzy and even thought about rehoming her at times. She and Luna absolutely love each other so I would not consider it seriously, but I've thought about it Especially after she peed on my couch a few times But I love her SO much and while she's not a cuddler like Luna, she will give me kisses anytime The only downsides really are that the vet bills are double and it's harder to take them both places by myself. Other than that, I'm so glad that they have each other when I am at work.

| LeRoy was about 8 months old when we got Louie. They play together, fight once in awhile but will then crawl into there bed and snuggle up and go to sleep. They do keep each other company when we are gone. Would definitely do again.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | When I first got Marcel, Wylie became really insecure and needy - so I felt terrible for him, like he felt "wasn't I good enough for you?". Oh, the guilt. Now, they are BEST buds - so adorable together, wrestling, teasing, bone wars, chasing. The only thing that sucked was Wylie was FINALLY potty trained (after, ahem, about 1.5-2 years!!), and then we had to go back to an untrained puppy. But, no - I don't regret it! I love my boys.

| The best thing I ever did. Coco was 6 months when we got Coffee. They have loved each other from the first moment. I love having two and would have another except for the fact that when we go away we take them with, and we have agreed that three would be hard to handle when travelling.
