| Question for those with stairs from Walgreens.. Is there supposed to be some type of support across the back? I bought a set tonight and it only came with three pieces that went across the front of each step. Am I missing something? I wouldn't be surprised if I am.. the box looked like it had been opened. Someone probably returned it and they didn't inspect it before sticking it back on the shelf. |

YT 1000 Club Member | I think a criss cross so that it won't cave in I believe... I hate that they are so small.. What is it going to reach. Atleast the dogs can have less room to jump (hope they never tip back ).. But steps at $10 is good.. |

| YES< there is a "X" cross brace that is supposed to come with them. They are short, but they work for my dd's bed. We had to order two 4-steppers for our high bed, one is on a wooden bench with the other leading up to it.

| I'd bring it back and tell them the part was missing. They should give you another set.

| If your talking about that piece that goes from the back of the top stair to the floor, mine did come with it. Its a support. I have the ones from Walgreens too. Fine for a yorkie, but don't try stepping on them! They don't hold much heavier than a yorkie. I found that out when I thought I'd accidently broke them falling one night. But they are a good deal for $10 bucks! They are high enough for a sofa or lazy boy, but not near high enough for my bed. I'd made a pair for my bed (handy with wood here), and covered them with carpet. Now that pair I made will hold even me |

| Thanks everyone. I guess I'll be taking them back and getting another set. Just my luck. |
