| OMG...he rolled in it!! Talk about a STINKER!!! Yesterday Buddy was groomed and looked & smelled so nice!! Then we were out by the pool and there was this huge, nasty, slimmy dead worm laying on the pool deck....Buddy went over and laid on it and rolled back & forth. My DH husband grabbed Buddy up and immediately started gagging (that part was funny!!!! ) It was the worst smell EVER!!!! What would make him do that? The smell was so bad and he obviuosly wanted that smell on him otherwise he would not of rolled in it. Needless to say, he immediately had to be bathed again. OMG...it still makes my stomach feel funny just thinking about it. Our neighbors Lab sometimes rolls in their horses poop which is also nasty!!! Has anyone else ever had something like this happen?

| My Jake does the same thing!!!...Yes, I have smelled a dead worm, it is unbelievable how bad a rotting worm can smell, it smells like a large dead animal....so gross.... I would like to know the reason why they like to have stink on them, it must serve some purpose for them

| My guys roll in the grass, and I'm sure there's some creepy crawling in there when they do it.

| Yes, my Murfee has rolled in some pretty nasty stuff...he likes dead things, fresh things, bugs, worms, frogs. I try to keep my eye on him at all times but he is a fast little sucker sometimes. eeeeeeewwwwww it's worst when you don't discover it until bedtime. |

| Isn't it wierd how dogs like gross smelling stuff? I guess it smells good to them. Lacy hasn't really rolled in anything, but last time we were visiting my parents, there was a dead worm in the grass and she rubbed her face on it. Wierd...and gross

| Kaze is known to roll in poop. I was mad one day when i had bathed him, blow dried him, and then went out to bathe Ryoko when BOOM! i turn around and Kaze is rolling his Ryoko's poop. Usually he does his own, but this time it was someone else's! YUK I had to rewash the lil buggar because i sure wasn't going to show him no kinda love unless he was washed lol. |

| Ewww that sounds so yucky! I think I would have giggled a bit to see DH gag over a dead worm. Thankfully I haven't had this problem yet and i've had a handful of dogs over the years, i'm sure my day will come tho.
