| Hair Growth ? I have a little 5 month old baby named Foxxy & was wondering why her hair isn't longer than it is right now. I'm friends with her mommy's owner & have seen both parents as well as the grandparents & all of them have beautiful, long, silky coats (as adults anyway..not sure what they looked like as pups). Is there something I should be giving her? a certain shampoo to use that could help vitalize it? Also, she was the smallest of the litter...not sure if that has anything to do with it. All the other pups had the more round teddy-bear face & fluffy coats...hers is more wavy since it's not as long. Has anyone had their babies start out with not so great hair that bloomed into strands of lusciousness as they got older?? Would love to see before/after photos or just photos period if you've experienced this..or just good old fashion advice/suggestions/experiences will do too!! thanks I have noticed it grow since I've had her though. ~Yolanda~ Diva & Foxxy Foxxy |

| I think it takes a while for them to get a long coat, and depends on the individual dog.

| Thanks YorkieKids...If I wasn't friends with her parents and grandparents owner's and saw it for myself, I would've thought she was mixed with chihuahua or something (just kidding). Just wanted to make sure if there was anything I could do to condition the coat, I would...My older baby Diva's hair grew fairly quickly so like you say, I guess it's the individual!! Thanks Yolanda |
