| Topknots!!! I am so excited, Chewy is finally starting to grow enough hair to put into a topknot. I tried to do it last night and it was a bit of a struggle - although getting better today. The thing is, how do you keep the band in. After 20 minutes with Chew, the whole ponytail is out and now I'm afraid to let him sleep in his crate with the band, just in case. I know there are doggies the same age with the knots like Coco (Nobella) Do you "do their hair" every morning or do they just get used to it? HELP P.S. What are the best bands to use??? |

| I do the topknot of my girls everyday . Even if they are used to it , if the band is too tight on the head , they'll take it off . To be sure , I always place the teeth of the comb between the head and the band and tighten the band until it touch the comb . |

| I do Coco's hair (I don't think it's even long enough yet..hehe) and she totally just sits still. I do however provide yummy treats for her to munch on while I tie her bow. If it's too tight she will paw at it and I will loosen it. I got ribbons at the jewelry shop in the mall called Claire's. They are made for newbord and they don't have rubber band, but they have velcro bands. You should try those because the velcro sticks nicely and it doesn't fly off. But I think ultimately, until their hair is REALLY long liek Vilette's girls, the ribbons will fall off every once in a while. Coco is just getting used to wearing dresses and bows. She doesn't seem to have an opinion on them. She stays still while I dress her up (most of the time). I hope this helped.

| Thanks for advice everyone. Chewy just set his record: 30 minutes and now the band is gone! I think I will try the velcro or go with a barrette. They just look so precious with all that hair off their face and you can see those lovely eyes! |

| Olivier: In only one night I have noticed that he sits better for it, so I am hopeful! Lenora: Brownie has so much more hair than Chewy. I can't wait till he is like that. |

All he does all day is follow me around and want to play. I think she has 2 pups available right now and her prices are good. Tell her Chewy and Gerry sent you! |
