| Are my dogs ears to big? In all seriousness, my Yorkie's ears are rather large. Here's his picture at around 5 months old, and they're even a bit larger now. My friends say it means he's going to grow rather large because dogs grow into their ears and tail (he has a pretty long tail also). Let me know what you think. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...n/DSC00305.jpg |

| I don't think they are too big, I think they are adorable! I've seen lots of yorkies on here with ears like that. My little girl's are just as big, they just don't stand up! You have a real cutie!

| He's so cute and his ears are narrow so I bet he'll grow into them. If your not showing him he doesn't have to have perfect ears just a precious heart and he looks awfully precious to me.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | He's really cute (no kidding!) and he looks perfect...he's just a baby and the rest of his body will catch up to his ears...I don't think it's the other way around but so what? He's a cutey.

| it doesn't mean he will be big. The ears that hang down and look large and heavy like Beagle ears are the ones you worry about. ceeby has long, thin ears and he is so tiny. Very fragile and just barely weighs four pounds on a good day. When he was the age of your puppy, he looked like rabbit ears. i was worried to death. BTW, your puppy is as cute as can be. |

| trim the hair off of the ears around the sides and you will see a huge difference in size. I think most of it is hair that just makes them look larger... or you can just leave them alone and love him because he is perfect....lol.. |

| Have you seen his parents? That'll give you a good idea of what he'll look like. He looks a lot like some of the puppies posted on pupcoutureofnaples.com(I look at a lot of sites and when they grow up they seem to grow into the ears. I love ears that are fuzzy on the bottom and then you just trim the very tip(it's called tipping them I believe). I think that makes the ears look smaller. He's a cutie though! I wanted to add that he has a beautiful face and to me that's more important than ear size. He has a very cute nose.

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | I think they are just the cutest lil ears ever!! I agree big ears mean big character to me. My Diggys appeared quite large as a pup but they dont seem to have grown...so in a sense he grew ito them but I kinda miss the big ear look. He was my BAT DOG!

| Big ears I think he is absolutely adoreable!!! I also agree with Amanda350 he has at least 1/4 inch or more of hair around the edges of his ears. Trim them if you want but again he is beautiful. |
