| ROXY's first time at the hair dresser. Roxy went for a cut today and I was not impressed at all. She looks cute but the lady shaved her whole coat. I thought she would leaver her some hair. She was so rude saying she was a boy. OMG you had her for 4 hours and you didnt look at her or listen that I told you she was a GIRL. She told me they did the best they can with her being wiggly. They said they cut her face too short to put a bow in and when I asked for one they only had a blue one. WTF? This is a dog salon that has been around for years and is in a doggy neighborhood. She looks cute once I put her own bow in and her lil dress on. Am I just a mommy that is over emotional??? I am going to attach before and after pic's. |

| she looks very CUTE...but i would be a little ticked that they did not seem too "in touch" with my desires and not even know if it was a boy or girl??? sounds like they have their hands full and need to hire some help or something. sheesh...well, the good news is that hair grows back but in the mean time, I do think she looks very very cute.

| She is a doll!!! Our first groomer did the same thing to Seth and Sasha when we took them for their first grooming...I was furious then I got used to it and it was so easy to bath and groom them. P.S. I had even more reasons to go shopping

| Your girl looks beautiful! Though I would still look for a new groomer just because of the attitude you received.

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | She is adorable either way. I've always been very specific in telling my groomer that I want the hair left on the longer side...to basically just clean them up a bit. That usually works though I've had it go the other way too and they don't take enough off. At least then though, you can just tell them to go a LITTLE shorter. From what you said about this groomer, I too would look for another place to take your pup or maybe a different groomer at the same salon????

| She does look cute. However, I would look for another groomer. Thank God it will grow back. I would be so mad. That is one of the things I love about Yorkie' s is the long hair. |

| Roxy looks adorable either way. It had to come some day, might as well be now. I purposely had Gracie shaved down a couple of months ago to get rid of her puppy coat which was matting terribly. She has enjoyed it, and I must admit the grooming has been so much easier. I will grow her coat out now, at least for a while.

| Ahhh roxy looks alot like my molly when i had her first cut I wasent thrilled either that they shaved her, but it will grow back as far as the groomer though, I would be a bit upset about that, maybe you should call and complain to the manager, let them know, how do you not know the diff good luck to you and roxy you are still a cute baby doll

| Roxy looks adorable. It's amazing how their colouring changes from just one cut. I have to take Mindy in for her first cut and I'm nervous too. Not sure what I want them to do yet. Now that I see Roxy's I think I may go shorter on the body then I thought I would want too. Then I will let it grow longer. It will make it easier to keep out the mats.
