My mom and dad are going out of town for business tomorrow until Friday.. they do this twice a month... tomorrow they go to Ohio.... and usually Layla is at the babysitters during the day (i have class tomorrow from 10:30-6:30) but she has gone to BC to see her brother... so...my mom and dad are taking Layla with them

Since we went to NY 2 weeks ago i haven't wanted to elave her again because i missed her SO much..and this is the first time they have taken her with them!! i'm just so sad... and worried.. i KNOW they will do a great job... *sigh* i know... not a big deal.. but it is making me SO sad tonight...

Oh Layla will have a great time with grandma and grandpa

I know you will miss her but think of the positives.....you can sleep in, stay in your jammies, NOT throw the soccer ball

It will be a nice break for you too. You said they are leaving tomorrow and coming back Friday? So they will only be gone for a day

Just be sure to give Layla a big slurpy kiss

Aww hunny, you are not a baby....I know just how you feel...I HATE to leave my little ones........but Im sure that they will be just fine. All I can say is Try not to worry too too much.....good luck hun.

awww you have every right to miss your baby!! But look at the bright side she will be with those who love her just as much as you!!! And hey not everyone is lucky enough to have great parents who will take their skin kids ..fur kid with them on a business trip!!!! Your so ....blessed!!! Enjoy the little break and she will be back before you know it giving you those slurpy kisses!!!!

I know just how you feel, I hate being seperated from my babies. I'm sure Layla will have a great time though, running rings round her grandma and grandpa.

I'd be right there with you...I rarely leave mine and the times I do I HAVE to get right back....when you have an extra dose of the worry gene in us like we do you're going to worry no matter what

hey sweetie, i will tough it out with you. I am having to leave maggie tonight and not coming back until tomorrow. well...i don't HAVE to...but I got tickets to a kenny chesney concert in AL so I will be taking a road trip for that and staying overnight. So I will be missing my maggoo as well...I totally know how you feel. even if it is just one night, it seems so lonely that ONE night they arent there with you.

oh marci! it'll be oky! i know how you feel ... but it'll only be a couple of days, and think of how happy you and layla will be when she comes back.

don't worry you still have us here and tell us all the stories of layla until she comes back home.

They are going near Cincinnati... a town called Middletown...

Layla will be fine. From reading your past posts, she loves grandma and grandpa.

Just think, you can take a nice relaxing bath without scratches at the door (hubby lets Conner in the bathroom, then I have scratching at the tub).

You can watch a DVD and eat popcorn without a begger!!

You can get up later in the morning because you don't have to feed, take potty, brush and dress a little wriggle worm!!

Enjoy - it will be over before you know it.

lol. it was nice to come home and eat a muffin and be able to put the plate on the couch next to me

sadly i can't sleep in tomorrow becuse i have school

but TOMORROW she comes back

Isn't it funny how we forget about things like putting a plate on the couch? I sure hope you are having a relaxing evening! I bet Layla is just exhausted from all the travelling and loving she's getting
