| Wickett is getting neutered today Today's the big day. And he so knew something was up this morning. He woke up extra sweet this morning, giving lots of kisses. When I made my breakfast, he gave me the saddest look because he didn't get his. I felt so guilty having breakfast knowing he couldn't eat. And then when it was time to go, he kept running away from me. It's like he sensed wherever he was going wasn't good. They are all very nice at the vet's office, though, so I trust him in their hands. Plus he'll be healthier this way. But I still feel a tiny bit guilty taking his "manhood" away from him. Wish him luck! |

| Malachi was also neutered today, I have been a bag of nerves all day. Thankfully all went well and I am picking him up in about an hour. I'm hoping he will recover quickly. Fingers crossed everything goes to plan for Wickett, I will be thinking of him. |

| Thank you guys!! I'm a ball of nerves too. I will be until I hear from the vet. How long does the procedure usually take? They're also going to be pulling out his remaining baby teeth as he has a lot of them and his adult teeth were growing out too (got a week of icky bad breath from that) so it'll be a little longer. Poor little guy! Thankfully my boyfriend works from home so Wickett will be well taken care of as he recovers. |

I just spoke to the vet and Wickett's surgery went very well. He's already awake and just relaxing there. So far, they say he hasn't paid attention to the incision site, which is good. My boyfriend can pick him up in about an hour or 2. Yay!!! He'll be getting lots of spoiling over the next few days! | |
