| tanner is 4 1/2 mts ears not up My tanner ears were almost up and then down they went! Is it too late now, he is 4 1/2 months old? I took him back to the pet store/ breeder and groomers and he said it's no used to tape his ears because he will dig at them. |

| Ears !! My Bogey's ears didn't go up immediately either. I taped them, but my husband made soo much fun of him it made me feel bad & I'd take it down. I have heard that they won't go up until their private parts drop. Whether or not that's true, Bogeys ears went up overnight & have been up ever since (he's 20 mths. now)

| ears down I would have the groomer shave all of the hair off both inside and outside of the entire ears. The weight of the hair brings the ears down. He may look funky for awhile, but the ears should go up in a week or so. Have the groomer use a 5/8 blade if possible. If they dont go up after that, you might have to tape them up while the hair is still very short. Also, sometimes when they are teething, the ears will go down, but only for a short time. But this usually accurs around 6 months. But he is not to old to put those ears up!! Lynn |

| My Ava's ears went up right away and then bent right back down. They didn't stay up permanently until she was almost 6 months, just when I had decided that she was beautiful the way she was. I even asked the vet if it could have been caused by ear infections, just in case. He assured me not to worry her ears would be fine and she was fine. She is 8 1/2 months now and her ears stand up nice and pretty all the time.

| Zoeys went up and down several times. We never taped. They went up for good at 5 1/2 months. All I did was try to keep the hair trimmed short. Good luck. It's not too late.

| Just make sure they're shaved, and if that doesn't work, try taping them. There's still time! Good luck!

I agree. Maddie's ears are up, but they flop when the hair on them gets too long. If shaving alone doesn't work, definately tape them. I've heard that taping can work even after they are a year old. But if they don't end up standing up in the end, floppy ears are also adorable. Wes has floppy ears and Maddie's are up. | |

| Malachi's ears went up and down loads, he's now 6 months and they have been up for about a month. I never taped. Even if they don't go up I think floppy ears are cute. Benji's ears are floppy and Indy's go up and down on a daily basis. |
