| Oops! I did a no no!!! This morning I was called for a job. I got up about 4am and as usual Boobah was wide awake and licking my nose. I knew I would be away for most of the day so I left her food, plenty of fresh water and all her toys. However, then I uncovered the birds and gave them their food and water. What was the worse thing that happened is that I left the door open to the computer room. Ergo, wires, etc! It wasnt until I was almost into downtown Los Angeles that I remember it! Luckily, when I got home about 4 pm she was upstairs waiting for me! Thank goodness she didnt chew on any of the electrical wires. From now on, Im not going to be in a rush and make sure everything is out of harms way! I guess Im overprotective of her, but she's my companion. For those of you that didnt hear about her incident on the 4th of July, she chewed right through the electrical cord to the wires on a fan and got electrocuted. The vet told me she was lucky to be alive. To this day I call her the invincible Boobah. She always looks at me with those darling eyes and I just melt. Our little ones have to be looked after constantly because mine is forever looking into what mischief she can get herself into!LOL!
