| HERE IT IS!!! Doggie Purse Ok, This is my first time posting a picture so i dont know if it will work right... But this is the purse i was telling you guys about... My mom made it and i used it to carry around my friends yorkie when i was watching it for the week. The bag is meant to be a sort of "beach bag/ work bag/ everything bag" but i though it worked nicely as a doggie bag ... Anyways, the white part is made out of white mesh beach bag material and the blue stuff is just regular 100% cotton fabric (in the color of my choice of course)... It would have worked better if it had a zipper on the top, (but that could easily be added on to it) and i used a black (VERY LIGHTWEIGHT) stiff board in the bottom so the puppy would have some support. Oh, and i put a nice soft blanket over the board for comfort... she was quiet cozy too bad i had to give the puppy back though But anyways, these purses are supper easy to make, my mom saw some like this and decided to maker her own (she didnt even need a pattern ) Hope you like it, i cant wait to get a yorkie of my own so it can be put to better use than just a plain old "beach bag" |

| That's really nice, the only thing I would add is some sort of cover over the top with velcro closing but not a zipper tho and a hook inside with a short strap to attach to the harness, just in case the pup decided it wanted to try to jump out. I bet the pup was very comfortable being carried around while you cared for him. Your Mom is very talented, great job !! |

| That is way cute. I bought one at petsmart but it has a zipper at top and just a mash window not very big. I really like your mom's work

| Good job, orinskye!! That's similar to a bag that Toto loves! I had it long before Toto .... picked it up at the airport in St. Louis, MO for odds 'n ends ... never dreaming it would ever contain a yorkie!! Shortly after we bought her, I tucked her in there one day in her favorite blankie and she loved it! I believe there's a pic of her in it over in the photo gallery. I have since bought several bags but this old bag is still her very fave!! I see them everywhere [has jungle animals on it and lots of handy outside pockets]! I just sit it open on the floor when we go out and tell her "kennel up" and she runs over, jumps up and lands butt first in there!! It's just toooo funny!! I will be so glad when you find your baby ... everyone needs to experience the joy of being owned by a yorkie!!

| Great!! That is a great purse! I also would add a hook to attach to her harness so she wouldn't jump out! She is very wiggly. I can hardly wait to make one! Thanks! THanks! THanks! Pat |
