| Merrick Bully Sticks I was wondering if the Merrick Bully sticks have an odor? I got Teddy a bully stick from my local feed store and he loved it and I loved that is didn't smell at all, but it was kind of expensive and I'm not sure what brand it was. I found Merrick Bully sticks online for $80.00 for 100 - 6 inch sticks, but I don't want to order if they are stinky. They say they are lightly smoked. What do you all think? |

| Merrick sticks are fine, I don't think they stink. They are very similar to the ones I sell. You'll find that the more expensive ones don't stink. The cheap kind from Petsmart do. I don't know why that is, but I'm sure it has something to do with the quality of the tendon and the process they use to dry it. Also - that is really cheap for the Merrick sticks, too cheap actually. I think it's less than even the wholesale price. I would just double check. If it's for real, wow. 6" sticks sell for about $3.

| Thanks for the info. I appreciate it! It is actually an auction on ebay, but the past auctions have gone for around $80. The seller has 99.9% positive ratings and they are in Merrick wrapping. But I don't know...I don't want them to be fake and stink or worse... Last edited by Too Cute Teddy; 08-04-2007 at 08:26 AM. |

| I've never given Lacy any bully stix other than Merrick Bullystix and flossies. She loves them! I don't think they smell...I don't think it's completely odorless but it's not stinky.
