| my puppys' coat Hi everyone! I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Allie and i am recently a brand new mommy to a beautiful 6mo puppy named Mika. Well here is my question, since she is only 6mo will her coat still change because right now i am guessing it's wirey and cottony but not really wavy. Will it change and thicken up still because right now i am just having a pain putting her topknot in because her hair is so thin on the top of her head. |

| The coat and even the color can keep changing or even start changing after a couple of years. My Azrael has an extremely thick cotton coat which was black for two years, now it's turning more gray. |

| Welcome, and the coat can keep changing. Piper had a straight coat 4 for years, but after his last haircut he's getting waves. Go figure.

| Hello! Luigi and I just wanted to welcome you to YT! I definitely think puppy's coats can change in texture and even thicken, I've seen it happen with some of my friend's yorkies
