| Growth How many weeks does the puppies start to slow down on growth? My lil one had a HUGE spurt in a month and a half. She was 1.2 at 10 weeks, now she is 2.2 at 16. I heard that the pups are about 60% of the thier size at 16 weeks is this correct? (She could be 20 pounds, I could care less, I just need to quit buying dog carries that wont fit her lol) |

| The growth rate varies greatly among pups. Some are finished growing by 6-8 months, while the biggest majority may grow until around 18 months. Others may grow until around two years. Surely you aren't concerned about your tiny pup gaining much weight, because I don't believe there is a very big chance of that. | I've never seen those pictures. Thanks for sharing. No matter what size your baby becomes remember the bigger they are the more there is to love.

| There's a growth chart in the stickys at the beginning of the General Discussion forum (this forum). It's the 6th thread down from the top. (I know what you mean about carriers - I still have the one I bought for a 4 pounder who turned out to be an 8 pounder).
