| My Dogs Rule!!! Literally! My dogs boss me around like they pay the mortgage and I have to earn my keep!!!! Sampson can tell time and lets me know when it is time for dinner if I am watching TV. He comes to the doorway, says "hmmppfff" really he does, and turns quickly toward where the dog food is stored! If I don't get up right away, he does it again but with more emphasis! I have to say "Hold on, I'm coming!!!". And Tiah, God forbid I have to scratch my own head while she is on my lap! She will put her paw on my face or sit straight up and FALL BACKWARD!!!! Of course I HAVE to catch her and so my hands are back on her again! I love them to death and I guess they have me right where they want me .... well trained! LOL |

| Same here, our yorkie tells us when it is time for bed, to eat ect... she even lets me know when it is time for the big dog to eat. The funny thing, or frustrating thing is... my husband can be in bed without me, and she stays out with me, it is fine with her, but she will NOT let me be in bed without my husband, she licks my face and whines in my ear until I get up... (I then lay on the couch, with her, lol as long as we are not in bed without him, I guess anywhere else is fine) wouldn't be so bad if he didn't get up at such early hrs, when I stay up late. Unless of course he is leaving for work, then she stays snoring. It is funny how things work out... they are smart, she knows every night when it is 9pm, time for bed in her eyes. My dog does the arrarrrarrr thing... it is funny like she is yelling at us. |
