| Size of Ear? Is there a normal size ear that Yorkies should have? I know AKC standard says small and V shaped...Ive seen a lot of sizes on here..what size is correct and what does it look like?? Any thoughts?? I say this because this weekend I took Izzy over to meet my cousins at my parents house and they were like "wow her ears are really big!"...maybe she just hasnt grown into them yet??? She's almost 5 months!

| They come in all sizes. Just like human ears..big, small, round, pointy... Nothing's really ''normal''..but 'standard' would be little, pointy Vs.

| So what does it mean then if Izzy's ears are round at the top? I mean I can make them look pointed if I cut the ear hair a certain way, but they are round and kindof tall...silly question I know...

| You can shape the hair by cutting it.. But if your baby has rounder ears than most other yorkies, then that's just her trait, character...hehe. She's still mighty adorable!

| Hah Yeah also I think the other problem is that she is so small that her already big ears look even bigger...Im not complaining though I love my baby!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | They ususally grow into their ears - I always think of the perfect yorkie ear as 2 little Triangle Satellites rotating every which way |
