Spaying? Does a female still bleed during the time she is suppose to have her heat cycle after she has been spayed? I know this may sound like a silly question, but this is the only thing that is keeping me from getting a female yorkie.

Welcome YT!!! No they no longer bleed... It is the same as a woman having a hysterectomy.

No. Once they are spayed, everything is gone. It's like a woman having a hysterectomy.

I just had Kobe netuered and he was bouncing around by the evening. So much easier, I think, than a female as far as recovery time. The one think that I learned about having a boy (and this is what prompted me to get him fixed right away) was that he started marking his spots in the house!

| You want either Isoflurane or Sevoflurane.
