| Hi...I'm sorry you're having trouble. Did you read this post and try to load your pictures according to the instructions there? http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1994 |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | You're using a Kodak photo program? Under "edit picture" does it give you RESIZE as an option? Mine does. And then it gives you a pull down menu with various options. Use the WEB LARGE and you will be well within YT size limits. Hope that helps. |

| Do you have a photo shop program in your computer like Microsoft Picture It! or something like that? That's what I use...I have KODAK also but I never use it. I just save my pictures to 600 x 450 and that's the right size for YT to upload them in a post. If you can't get it let me know and I'd be happy to resize your pictures and post them for you...I'll be here for another 15 or 20 minutes tonight. |

| Hmmm...since I don't use my KODAK program I'm not sure how to get them over to the Picture It program. I always just put my camera card in my computer and download my pictures to a folder that I save on my desktop. Once they're in the folder you click on a picture and a box opens up to ask how you want to open it...then you click on Microsoft Picture It!...once there you can touch up and resize your pictures and they'll be ready to use on YT. |

| I don't know which version of Kodak software you have, but on mine when I go to save, and in the bottom left corner there is a drop down where I can save for email, web, or a few other things. Depending upon how big your pics are to begin with, you can save it to fit within the YT expectations. Janelle

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | You need to size them much smaller than they are when they come out of the camera - THIS Program is so easy even beginners can use it....http://bluefive.pair.com/free95.htm Scroll to PixResizer……Download the program..it’s really small and very easy to install – Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you... you can do multiple pictures too but you need to create a folder for them to go into. ONCE you resize and want to upload photos into a post ... In your post, Scroll down and you’ll see Additional Options Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer Double-Click the picture – then click UPLOAD Click Submit REPLY |

It's a Yorkie Thing Donating Member | I was given this website to resize and save photos into that are the right size. It took me awhile before being able to figure out what I was doing wrong. Most of my pictures all seemed to be too big. Good luck http://www.resize2mail.com/index.php
